Thai girl plays with more than 200 crocodiles in a basin, parents criticized

A video of a four-year-old girl in Thailand playing with baby crocodiles in the water went viral online, and the girl's parents were scolded by netizens one after another.
In the relevant video, the girl was happily playing with more than 200 baby crocodiles in the water. Netizens who watched the video were worried about the girl's safety and scolded the parents for being irresponsible.
The girl's mother came forward to explain
According to Thailand's World Daily, the girl's mother came forward to explain that her daughter started playing with crocodiles when she was two years old.
She said that she was a caretaker at a crocodile farm in Chachoengsao Province, and the crocodiles her daughter played with in the basin were cubs that were only two to seven days old. Their bodies were very soft and they had not yet grown teeth, so they could not hurt her daughter.
She also said that if the crocodiles were more than 15 days old, they could not be played like this because their bodies had begun to harden and their teeth had begun to grow, so they could bite people.
