"From the 9th of this month, the tolls at electronic highway toll gates located at three sites will be increased by one yuan during specific time periods.
According to the Land Transport Authority's announcement, after observing traffic conditions in July, it was found that certain sections of some expressways were congested during specific time periods. Therefore, it has been decided to increase the tolls."
