Video footage uploaded by SGRV to its Facebook page showed long and prominent skid marks on the road. An orange container trailer was seen stopped beside a white lorry, with extensive tire marks left on the roadway. Five vehicles were involved in the incident.

The footage revealed shattered glass and scattered debris across the scene, with Land Transport Authority (LTA) personnel setting up barriers, alongside police officers and SCDF personnel, including a traffic police vehicle, two ambulances, and a fire engine.

Footage shared online by members of the public from various angles showed the white lorry crashing into an open-bed lorry ahead, while the orange container trailer was seen colliding with the roadside barrier, suffering severe front-end damage.
